Based somewhere in the wilds of south Norfolk, we're a small team dedicated to building great websites and supplying creative print design and stunning photography. And we're available for you to hire 24/7/364 (we're having Christmas Day off this year). If you like what you see, then give us a shout and find out what we can do for you - talk to you soon, then...
Graphic design as a concept covers pretty much anything that involves the addition of aesthetics to function (and to some extent the function as well), and we don't claim to cover absolutely everything. So, if you're after a new look chair, kettle, or office block then you're probably in the wrong place...
But ink on paper is where we started and we still love the stuff. Too much time spent in a newspaper office in a former life means we have the journalistic skills to kick any supplied text into a house style for anything from application forms, flyers or newsletters to hundred-page coaching manuals or reports into football facility development (did we mention that the Norwich City FC Academy and The Football Association are amongst our favourite clients?)
Our design service begins with the basics of branding and corporate ID and runs through print solutions (not just for paper) to website design and construction (you can read more about that below).
We make sure that the sites we create not only look great whether you're looking at them on a desktop, tablet, mobile or fridge-freezer (possibly), but behave themseleves too, so you'll find sleek coding underpinning everything so your site works swiftly and are search engine friendly. And that's pretty important in today's world of instant communications, where first impressions count for, well, a lot.
Talk to us for a little while, and you'll discover we don't do techno-speak. At least, not when we're more than 3ft from the Mac. Instead, we'll listen to your ideas and discuss your project to make sure that we know what you want and can work out the best way to produce it for you. From there, we'll get down to the main event - building a website which makes your visitors gasp and your rivals cry.
We can build sites you can update and edit yourself, sell stuff on and which are fully accessible. We can also plug in all sorts of social media and help and advise you on setting those up, and build email campaigns to make sure that everyone knows what's on your site and what you're up to. As well as great-looking eshots to grab people's attention, there are extras in the background like content advice, list management and campaign reporting to help you make the most of your input.
Good images makes all the difference. 97% of newspapers pages are accessed through a picture, and it's the same elsewhere. Having an in-house photographer means that we can make sure that you've got great photos to adorn both your print and web material.
Studio photography Specialist photography on a range of products including macro work. We're able to shoot for as little as £1 per image on orders over 500 products, perfect for your online shop! As a local company, we can collect and deliver in the area too.
Press & PR We used to work for the Eastern Daily Press and Evening News, so we're well versed in what makes an eye-catching picture and what the press are looking for.
Food & drink Making your food images look clean, fresh and delicious, we have experience on location and in the studio.
Interiors & exteriors Experienced photography in architecture and lifestyle with clients including Lovell and Chaplin Farrant, to name just a couple.
Lifestyle photography Clean and fresh images for whatever your needs. We also provide portraits for businesses and schools (for which we have CRB checks in place).

"I enjoy working with Nik. He seems to have a similar sense of style to me (how sad is that!), and get things done to my liking very quickly. I love our website - it does exactly what it needs to with style and with simplicity..."
Lawrence Mallinson, Managing Director, James White Drinks
Based somewhere in the wilds of south Norfolk, we're a pairing dedicated to creative print design, engaging website design & development and stunning photography (we would be a husband & wife team but we've never quite got round to getting married).
We've each got more than 19 years' experience of doing what we do, 12 of those as run2. Being small means we're infinitely more flexible than your average big agency, and it also means you'll be talking to the same person from the start of your project all the way through to it's end. And beyond (we're proud of the fact that 99% of our business has come via recommendation).
Graphic & web design
Nik started designing on his parents' sofas (crayon & pen) and kitchen table (knife & hammer) at about two years old. Not that he (or his mum & dad, for that matter) recognised it as such. Indeed, it was not until the university newspaper he helped design won The Guardian Student Newspaper of the Year award that it dawned on him that he might actually be able to make a living out of it...
Having spent way too much free time learning the ins and outs of various design packages, Nik worked for Archant for nearly seven years, finishing up as the Norwich Evening News' resident designer, before leaving to start run2. Since then, he has spent more time than is sensible working out the advanced algebra that is website develpoment to add function to the design aesthetics already in place in his head.
Having three kids means Nik has little concept of Free Time (although he can on occasion be found tearing up south Norfolk on his bike).
Nik holds a current valid CRB check certificate for child protection purposes.
